A Houston rapper and collaborator with Lil Uzi Vert was identified as the woman killed in a weekend shooting, that left two others injured, including the man accused in her death.
Destinee Govan, 25, also known as Lotta Cash Desto, was killed at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, in the 5500 block of Richmond Avenue. Christian Isaiah Williams, 24, has been charged with her murder, according to a Houston Police Department news release.

Govan, who was driving, and a other passenger were behind a dark-colored, four-door vehicle at a red light at the intersection of Richmond Avenue and Chimney Rock Road. Two men got out of the car and started shooting the women.
Govan was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene. The female passenger, 20, was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Williams was found in a parking lot across the street, injured with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, and was taken to the hospital. He is still hospitalized, according to officials.
Another suspect, described as a Black male, is wanted for questioning related to the shooting, according to a news release.

Lil Uzi Vert posted a tweet after her death saying, “I been tryna keep my mind off s*** but it definitely hurt .”
A fan tweeted, “RIP @LottaCashDesto!! Gone to soon folks.. Prayers up foe da family and friends.. .”

Govan, who was originally from Memphis and had lived in Atlanta, Tweeted about enjoying living in Houston less than a week before she was killed.
