An ABC News special interviewing the “queens” of hip-hop music will air this week.
“The Real Queens of Hip-Hop: The Women Who Changed the Game” premieres on ABC on Monday, Oct. 18, at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT). You can also watch it on FuboTV (7-day free trial) and on Hulu + Live TV (free trial, regional restrictions apply).
The hour-long special is narrated by Salt of Salt-N-Pepa and features City Girls, “mother of the mic” MC Sha-Rock, Da Brat, Eve, Trina and Yo-Yo. Interviews with the artists include recounting how they got into the industry and defining moments of their careers. The special also features rapper Angie Martinez with Lakeyah, Lil Mama and Roxanne Shanté.
It is directed by Fatima Curry with co-executive producer Melia Patria.
