“Bom the Lot 2″ is scheduled to take place from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday in Parking Lot H, 14 Middle Ave., in downtown Aurora.
The event will feature live street art, skateboarding demonstrations and live music with a lineup of 13 bands, DJs and rappers.

There will be 15 street artists doing a 300-foot mural of the history of Aurora as the centerpiece of the event, according to organizers.
There will be painting materials available for attendees to participate, skate ramps for attendees to participate, raffles, vendors, face-painting and food trucks. The lot location is at the southeast corner of New York and Lake streets.

Guest skateboarders performing from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. are: Chaz Ortiz, an international pro skater and winner of the X-Games; Ron Allen, the first African American international pro skater; Johnny Fonseca, an international pro skater from Aurora’s East Side; froSkate, Crew an all-female BIPOC skate crew from Chicago; Fargo Skateboarding from DeKalb; and Emcee Junebug of Chi Rock Nation in Chicago.
The artists taking part from noon to 8 p.m. are: AV One; Chucho; Cres Roc; Deal35; Fisk; Jose Art; Kozmo; Kuaze; Lita Lu; Pierre Lucero; Pugs Atomz; Rogue1; Sonryze; Stef Skills; and Zura.
The musicians are expected to perform from noon to 10 p.m. They are: noon, DJ Fonzo, Rogue1; 2 p.m., Bussy KweenPower Trip, Damage Dames, and Heet Deth, which are female-led Punk; 3:30 p.m., Malafacha Ska, which is Ska in Spanish; 4:30 p.m.; Pueblo de la H, a Hip-Hop Crew in Spanish; 5 p.m., DJ Fonzo, Rogue1; 6 p.m., John San Juan’s 60s/70s SUPERGROUP; and 7 p.m., Brown Royal and Maker, who are DJs, and Higher Ark, MCIntelligence, and Pugs Atomz, who are rappers.
Tickets are required for entry and include a liability waiver, as skateboarding will be allowed onsite. The suggested donation for entry is $5. All funds will go to paying fair wages to local artists, according to information about the event.
